Downtown Midland is about to get a whole lot greener!

West Texas will soon experience a new urban recreational gathering place.

An idyllic shared green space celebrating the spirit of our vibrant city core will be home to a great lawn facing a stage pavilion for live entertainment and more. Shaded groves will come to life daily as outdoor living spaces for visitors looking for a place to lunch, rest or meet.

Downtown Midland family activities will get a natural boost with parks within parks, featuring a kids play area, dedicated dog park for the furriest family members and an energetic splash pad to provide some fun heat relief.
