Our community has grown by leaps and bounds and with that, the face of leadership has changed as have the needs of our community. Our program is the most engaging and comprehensive leadership tool to date. Whatever you've heard about Leadership Midland in the past, this is much more -- more knowledge, more commitment, more achievement.

Class size is 12 (maximum). Naturally, this creates a more competitive selection process. The rigorous vetting process will require two letters of recommendation. Finalists will be required to undergo several interviews. Make no mistake -- this is a serious selection process that is meant to precipitate a serious leadership initiative.

Leadership Midland is a program begun by the Midland Chamber of Commerce to develop community leaders. With over 1,000 graduates, the footprints of this program can be seen throughout Midland. We strongly encourage you to learn more.
