Registration and Enrollment Services open late this week and next

Based on preliminary enrollment numbers, Midland College (MC) administration is expecting an increase in enrollment for the spring semester. If students have not yet enrolled and/or registered for spring semester classes, they should do so immediately. Many courses are reaching maximum capacities.

“To accommodate those students who work during the day, Midland College Student Services and Cashier offices will stay open late most evenings this week and next,” said MC Dean of Enrollment Management Liz Zenteno.

Extended hours include the following:

Wednesday, January 4 – 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 5 – 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday, January 6 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Monday, January 9 – 10:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 10 – 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 11 – 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 12 – 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday, January 13 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Services available during these hours include Enrollment, Registration, Advising, Financial Aid, Cashier, Registrar and the MC Welcome Center. All of these offices are conveniently located in the Scharbauer Student Center on the main MC campus, 3600 N. Garfield.

MC faculty will be back on campus next week (January 9-13) and will be available to meet with students. All MC locations will be closed on Monday, January 16, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Spring semester classes begin on Tuesday, January 17.
